Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using lumeniq.ai (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the lumeniq.ai marketing and portfolio website only. LumenIQ's individual SaaS products (VettIQ, OCNexus, COR Brief, Vitals-360, TubeOnAI) are governed by separate terms published on their respective domains.

Section 2 — Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; transmit unsolicited advertising or promotional material; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its servers; introduce viruses or other malicious material; scrape or systematically extract data without prior written consent.

Section 3 — Service Inquiries

Submitting a contact or inquiry form on lumeniq.ai constitutes an expression of interest in LumenIQ's services. It does not create a contract, a commitment to provide services, or an obligation on either party. Engagements are formalized through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Section 4 — Intellectual Property

All content on lumeniq.ai — including text, graphics, logos, product names, case study descriptions, and code — is the property of LumenIQ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

LumenIQ's product names (VettIQ, OCNexus, COR Brief, Vitals-360, TubeOnAI, CayIQ) are trademarks of LumenIQ. Third-party product names and trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

Section 5 — Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LumenIQ does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Case studies and metrics on the Site describe specific projects and outcomes and are not guarantees of results for any future engagement.

Section 6 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumenIQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. LumenIQ's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

Section 7 — Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and products. These links are provided for convenience only. LumenIQ has no control over the content of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Section 8 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Carolina.

Section 9 — Changes to These Terms

LumenIQ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
